Yesterday afternoon I was craving something healthy and chanced upon Freeke Good. It is a Middle Eastern delivery-only concept that focuses on mezzes and super grain freekeh.
I ordered Hummus, Lentil Salad and Veggie Freek. The hummus came along with a small packet of Arabic Bread. Loved their authentic, silky smooth and creamy hummus. A must-order if you are a hummus lover like me.
Lentil salad was very plain and devoid of any flavor. I wonder if there was any dressing at all as I couldn’t taste anything.
The star of my meal was the veggie freek. It had super grain freekeh with marinated veggies, zaatar salad, crispy sumac pita chips and mixed pickle on the top. The portion size was good. The veggie freek was fresh, nutritious and delicious.
The delivery was on time and the packaging was great. The pricing is reasonable. I enjoyed my lunch from Freeke Good.
