There are few places that you will always feel like visiting again and again, for me one such place is Original Wings & Rings. I’ve always been a fan of their ladies night promotion and visited them many times with my gal pals for the ladies night. But this time I thought of giving their Friday brunch a try and visited them last Friday.
Original Wings & Rings is an American restaurant and sports bar located in Liberty House, DIFC. It has a cool, casual and chilled out vibe. There is table foosball to play and multiple television screens across the venue screening various sports. They also have an outdoor seating area.
It is a great place to watch a match or to just hang out with friends over drinks and food. Their non smoking area is good for the families with kids.
Original wings and rings offers Friday Brunch every Friday from 12 noon till 4pm and in the evening from 8pm to 11pm.Their brunch menu features food along with drinks, both alcohol (AED 99 per person)and non alcohol package(AED 199 per person).
It is a relaxed brunch where the food is served to the table. As we opted for the alcohol package we enjoyed Beer and Wine to drink.
For vegetarians like me, the food options are limited but nevertheless they have some good options. We had Hand Breaded Onion Rings, Spinach and Artichoke Dip, Original Greek Salad, Veggie Quesadilla, Veggie Greek Pita and Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream.
It is basically simple comfort food that goes well with the drinks and not something fancy or creative. The highlight was certainly the delicious dessert.
If you’re looking for a friendly and lively venue with reasonably priced food and drinks in DIFC part of town, then Original Wings & Rings is definitely worth visiting.
