Buffet Dinner at Aseelah- Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek

Aseelah Dubai

We had an exciting and fun-filled Thursday evening at Aseelah, the Middle Eastern Restaurant in Radisson Blu Hotel Dubai Deira Creek which has many and eclectic dining options. We tried Aseelah’s new buffet that was launched recently.

About Aseelah

Aseelah translates to “one belonging to a great heritage and family” in Arabic. That’s exactly the aim of the restaurant- to continue the heritage while inviting new members to the family.

It offers Emirati and Middle Eastern dishes. At Aseelah, you can expect a blend of culture, heritage and hospitality with a modern twist.

About Aseelah’s new buffet

In addition to its a la carte menu, Aseelah has now launched a buffet in the night. The buffet starts every night from 7pm-11pm and it is priced AED 169 per person inclusive of soft drinks.

The indoor buffet features an array of Middle Eastern dishes from soups, appetizers to mains and desserts. The outdoor terrace has live grill, barbecue, Bedouin-style Ouzi, Shisha and belly dancing.

As soon as we entered the venue we were welcomed with a glass of traditional tamarind juice. The buffet includes soft drinks, so you can order fresh juices or carbonated drinks like Coke, Fanta etc.

We liked their flavorful lentil soup, amazing variety of cold mezze, healthy salads, tasty kebabs, delicious oven-cooked tajine, authentic lamb ouzi and delightful desserts. The selection was decent with a range of meat, fish, vegetable and rice dishes.

If you’re a Shisha lover, you’ll like their outdoor terrace and can choose the flavors from their Shisha menu. There is also live belly dancing.

Final Thoughts

Overall, we had a nice time. The food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the service was good. The only drawback was the valet parking which took more than 40 minutes, which was annoying. If you fancy a Middle Eastern dinner buffet with Shisha and belly dancing in Deira side of town, then you can consider Aseelah.
