Friday Brunch at Casa de Tapas- Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club

Casa de Tapas Restaurant

Life would be so boring without Friday brunches and can’t think of how my day will be on a Friday without those fantastic brunches.

Talking about Friday brunches, we recently visited Casa de Tapas for their Friday brunch and we cannot recommend it enough. Have you been to Casa de Tapas’s Friday brunch? Below is the reasons why you should add it to your Friday calendar.

The first and foremost reason is the location. Set in the gorgeous property of Dubai Creek Golf & Yacht Club, Casa de Tapas is a Spanish restaurant and bar. It offers a stunning view of the creek and it is a perfect place to gather with family and friends over a good meal and drinks.

The second reason is the Spanish inspired interiors that is modeled on the traditional rustic Bodega style venues in the alleyways of Madrid. The spacious venue offers ample seating area in a bright and beautiful atmosphere. You can expect lively vibes.

We loved the large and well-stocked bar. It’s a good place to watch live sports as they have many large plasma televisions. Casa de Tapas also has live entertainment.

Spanish restaurants in Dubai

The third and most important reason is the authentic and delicious Spanish food. Their tapas menu includes a range of dishes. And yes, they make the best Paella in the city.

Every Friday from 12:30 in the noon to 4:30pm they have a Friday brunch with three kinds of packages. We went for the soft beverages package which included house spirits, beer, wine and sangria along with the food.

Mushroom croquettes

The fourth reason is their amazing Sangria. Their well mixed sangria took us back to our holiday in Spain where we had the best sangria ever. We tried both red and white sangria at Casa de Tapas and hands down, their red sangria is excellent. The white sangria was too sweet.

For their Friday brunch, Salads, Cold Starters, Cold Cuts, Cheese, Pinxos and Desserts are served in a buffet style food station and Hot Tapas and Mains are served to the table. Drinks are served to the table as well.

The selection of food was good, we loved the variety. They had a separate section for Pork as well. The salads and cold starters were fresh, we especially liked their refreshing Gazpacho and Beetroot Salad. Their cheese selection went perfectly with our wine.

The highlight of our hot tapas were Patatas Bravas and Mushroom Croquettes that came piping hot and tasted supremely delicious. Yes, the standout dish was Paella that was utterly tasty and bursting with amazing flavors. It’s worth visiting Casa de Tapas just for their paella, its that delicious.

For dessert there was a selection of cakes, pastries and fruit salad. The desserts were just okay, nothing great. Wish they had something more interesting or tempting. We ended our brunch with a cup of Coffee.

Fifth and final reason to visit their Friday brunch is the reasonable and affordable price which is great for the amazing food, drinks, service, music and atmosphere. Seriously, their Friday brunch is one brunch I can visit again and again.
