A year ago I had visited Blaze Burgers when it was newly opened. I had loved their burger and everything else. The only downside at this burger joint was that they had only one veggie burger that is the Portobello Mushroom Burger. I really wished that they had more veggie options.
And finally, after a year my wish has come true. Yay starting from this month of April till 15th of May, Blaze Burgers has launched a vegetarian special. Along with two of my friends, I visited Blaze Burgers to try out their new offering.
Located in The Walk-JBR, Blaze Burgers is a cool and chic burger joint that offers indoor and outdoor dining experience. We loved the trendy industrial inspired decor. As the weather was too hot in the daytime, we decided to dine indoors.
As it was my second time in Blaze Burgers, I kind of knew what to expect. We ordered our drinks first-Fresh Orange Juice and American Mojito.
Before we could try the newly launched special options, I had to order their Angry Fries as it my most favorite fries ever. It is loaded with cheese, jalapeño, roasted peppers and spicy sauce. A must-try in Blaze Burgers.
After that we tried their new offering which is the delectable Sweet Potato Fries with a dip of our choice. Not Caesar Salad, that consisted of mixed greens, sweet potato fries, parmesan cheese and yogurt based ranch dressing. The salad was wholesome and flavorful.
Allo Tikki Sliders were oh-so-awesome. They had a yummy combo of fried potato patty, tamarind sauce, mint sauce, lettuce, tomato and crispy onion strings.
Greek Halloumi Burger was extremely good, I am sure even the meat lovers will go crazy over this burger. This burger had char grilled Halloumi, topped with balsamic reduction sauce, rocket leaves, shaved Parmesan cheese, roasted peppers, fresh onion and tomatoes. I want them to include the Greek Halloumi Burger in their regular menu.
We loved all the four vegetarian specials. It would be a good idea if they can add it to their regular menu.
How can a visit to Blaze Burgers be complete without indulging in their desserts. We relished their goey and super moist Skillet Chocolate Cake and their decadent DryShake in Cheesecake flavor.
Their vegetarian special is worth trying, do pop in at Blaze Burgers to enjoy them till they last. Do you love burgers? Let me know your favorite burger joint in town.
