Bakemart Gourmet-Bakery, Cafe and Restaurant

Bakemart Gourmet Dubai

I have always been buying bread, cakes and other bakery products from Bakemart from a long time and liked the freshness and quality of their products. Recently, Bakemart has come up with Bakemart Gourmet, which not only has a bakery section, but also has a cafe and restaurant.

Bakemart Gourmet’s menu features salads, starters, wraps, sandwiches, sides, mains and desserts along with a selection of hot and cold beverages. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Restaurants with Burj Al Arab view

Bakemart Gourmet has many branches, I visited their Jumeirah branch. And it has a lovely outdoor dining area and a cosy indoor dining area. The outdoor area offers the beautiful view of Burj Al Arab.

The bakery section is separate from the restaurant. I did have a look at their amazing bakery area that had a variety of breads, cakes and bakes.

The restaurant area is gorgeous with different kinds of seating arrangements. It has a welcoming and friendly vibe. A perfect place to share a meal with family and friends.

Watermelon juice

I started with a glass of refreshing Watermelon Juice. The taste and the presentation was great.

Moving on to food, I ordered their Vegan, Kale & Quinoa Salad. It had roasted beetroot, broccoli, baby spinach, avocado, kalamata olives and pine nuts in French vinaigrette dressing. The salad was healthy, light and tasty. I only wish that the roasted beetroot was a bit more softer.

Falafel waffle

From their breakfast section of the menu, I ordered Vegan Waffle which is a baked falafel waffle topped with smashed avocado, tomato salsa and chickpea popcorn. It was fantastic.

Veggie meltdown

The Veggie Meltdown that had thyme roasted veggies, sliced Swiss cheese, sliced mushrooms and onions in a rosemary ciabatta was delicious.

As my main course I ordered their Homemade Egg Pasta which was outstanding. It had a delectable combination of open lasagna, cauliflower purƩe, roasted tomato sauce, portobello mushroom, zucchini and roast peppers.

Lotus cheesecake

For desserts, I didn’t order from their restaurant menu. I went over to their bakery and ordered their popular Mango Mousse and Lotus Cheesecake. Both of these desserts were incredible and a must-try.

The only disappointment was the Coffee which was too milky.

Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Bakemart Gourmet. The food, the drinks, the service and the ambience was good.
