Iftar Preview of Boulevard Ballroom at Address Boulevard

Iftar at Address Boulevard

Ramadan is just a week away and I’ve already attended five Iftar previews. One of the Iftars that I was really impressed with was the Iftar preview of Boulevard Ballroom at Address Boulevard in Downtown Dubai

Having visited their unique apartment themed restaurant a month ago, I was expecting their Iftar to be a unique and different one.

#RamadanBoulevard
Their #RamadanBoulevard Iftar is held in their spacious and luxurious ballroom-Boulevard Ballroom. The ballroom has a separate entrance. Upon arrival, we were offered various kinds of Fresh Juices and Ramadan Drinks

Communal table
The exquisite ballroom is done up in light hues of white and gold. As the holy month of Ramadan is all about sharing, you can expect an elegantly themed Iftar experience over a long banquet style communal table. If you have a large group of 8, you will have an option of separate table instead of the communal table.

Their Iftar offers a Set Menu where everything is served to the table. The communal table was beautifully set up with flowers and candles. Loved the white and gold plated tableware and cutlery. Our Iftar experience was enhanced by the live Oud music.

Communal style Iftar
Our communal table was filled with cold mezze, salads and breads. When we were just about to begin our meal, we were served Lentil soup.

There was a variety of Main Course dishes like butter chicken, grilled prawns, kebabs, lamb chops, different kinds of meat based curries, veggies and rice

As I and couple of others were vegetarians, we were served vegetarian dishes like veg  curry, Dal Makhani and Shahi Paneer along with bread and Pilaf rice.

Ramadan sweets
For desserts, they had set up a dessert counter. There were both hot and cold desserts. Their dessert counter featured desserts like macaroons, wide range of baklava, cakes, umm Ali, Kunafa etc. They even offered diabetic friendly desserts.

We ended our Iftar with hot beverages like coffee and tea

I found the concept of communal table, very unique. It felt amazing to be seated in the long communal table and share the food and festive spirit. I loved the fact there was no food wastage.

The #RamadanBoulevard is a great way to celebrate Iftar with family and friends.
