Culinary Immersion at La Ville Boutique Hotel in City Walk

Culinary tour
Last week I had the pleasure of visiting the newest hotel in town-La Ville in Dubai’s trendy district of City Walk. La Ville is the first  and only hotel in City Walk. This boutique hotel is managed under Marriott International’s Autograph Collection Hotels.

I along with few other influencers were invited to a Culinary Immersion evening by Monica of DoinDubai as part of her popular BME(blogger managed events).

La Ville is a sleek and super stylish property with a relaxed vibe. This 5 star boutique hotel has modern interiors. La Ville offers around 80 guest rooms and suites. And five F & B outlets, I got to experience three of them as part of the Culinary Immersion evening.

Look Up Bar
Our Culinary Immersion started at the Look Up Bar located on Level 5 of the hotel. Look Up Bar is their rooftop bar that serves cocktails and drinks with light food. This bar is a great option for drinks and bar food for pre or post dinner.

We were wowed by the stunning views of Dubai’s iconic Burj Khalifa. This rooftop bar also has an infinity pool.

I had a glass of Bellini and some delectable finger food like stuffed jalapeño, mixed olives, candied walnuts and artisan vegetable chips with their delicious homemade dips.

Gorgeous view, good music, chill vibes, great drinks and food, that sums up Look Up Bar. They will soon be launching their ladies night.

Chival, Dubai
Next, we headed over to Chival, the hotel’s chic all-day-dining restaurant for starters and main course. Chival is a beautiful venue with an indoor and outdoor dining space.

I liked the fact that Chival offers healthy yet delicious food. They use locally sourced produce. We were served lentil and beetroot salad, roasted cauliflower with freekeh salad and tuna tataki with cucumber salad. Being a vegetarian tried both the veggie ones. I loved the beetroot and lentil salad.

For the main course, we were served coconut rice with crispy yucca and roasted prawns, Agnolotti pasta and prime burger. The Agnolotti pasta stuffed with ricotta and cheese was excellent and it was a huge hit with all of us. In fact, we ordered an extra plate of that.

I would love to come back to Chival during the daytime probably for breakfast or lunch.

Graze Gastro Pub
Our third and final destination of our Culinary Immersion evening was at Graze Gastro Grill for desserts. I instantly fell in love with this sublime venue.

Graze has a vibe of an urban bistro and the atmosphere is lively. It reminded me of the trendy eateries in the meat packing district of New York.

We were offered raspberry based pre dessert and a range of desserts like Smoky vanilla dessert in a jar, dark chocolate Mississippi pie, Japanese white cotton cheesecake and white chocolate zabaliogne. The desserts hit all the right spots.

I can’t wait to come back to Graze and try their other offerings.

What an evening it was! Each venue was unique and amazing. Hoping to come back and visit all the venues that I visited, especially Graze. And on my must-visit list is Grape Skin Wine Bar.

Special thanks to BME by: http://www.doindubai.com and La Ville.
