Towards the end of December last year, Dubai’s newest Green Cafe-Inn The Park was launched. I was one of the lucky few people who visited the cafe on it’s launch date. Inn The Park, is a home grown concept that is situated in the park, Al Khazzan Cadillac Park to be more precise.
Think big blue water tank, yes, that’s the location pin to reach the city’s latest state of the art, Al Khazzan Cadillac Park. Inn The Park is brought to us from the creators of Bystro on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Inn The Park is an environmental friendly cafe. It is a solar powered cafe that is decked out in local corals. It offers an indoor and outdoor seating area. The cafe has an earthy and rustic atmosphere.
Inn The Park also features a Library, from where you can borrow a book for free while you are munching a sandwich or sipping coffee.
The menu is not very big, nevertheless it offers something for everyone. They have a separate kids menu too. You can expect fresh, healthy and delicious food made from locally sourced produce.
For a breakfast food lover like me, it was such a delight to go through their amazing breakfast menu. And the good news is they serve breakfast all day. Their menu includes breakfast, salads, sandwiches and mains.
When it came to drinks, we were spoilt for choice as there were healthy smoothies, fresh juices, artisan teas and RAW coffee products, which is one of the most popular coffee brands in the country.
For our drinks, we ordered a Cappuccino and Flat White. It was freshly brewed and tasted amazing.
We were having a late breakfast/early lunch so we decided to order a salad and we ordered the Ancient Grains. It was a hearty salad made with quinoa, barley, lentil, artichoke, palm hearts, tomato, shiitake mushrooms, fresh herbs, charred orange and it was dressed in honey vinaigrette. The portion size was huge and can be easily shared between 3-4 people.
Next, we ordered Smashed Avocado. Calling out to all avo on toast fans, you want to have best avo on toast in town! Head over to Inn The Park.
French Toast is one of my brekkie faves and it was highly recommended by the staff. The French Toast was topped with caramel sauce and walnuts. The scrumptious French Toast from Inn The Park comes totally recommended. Don’t leave the cafe without eating this.
While I was busy devouring the French Toast, my friend had the Thai Beef Wrap. Quinoa flat bread was stuffed with thinly sliced beef and crisp Thai veggies. It was served along with fries.
Fancy somewhere fresh and scenic for a meal, get your hat and sunglasses and head down to Inn The Park.
P.S.-Can’t wait to take my kids next weekend!
Opening Hours:
The cafe is open every day from 9am to 7pm.
