Located in Mankhool area in Bur Dubai, Quattro is a casual dining restaurant with beautiful atmosphere. It boasts of a contemporary and classy decor. It is done up with hues of blue, green and earthy wood. A tree in the center of the dining space gives it a rustic look.
While the manager was explaining the concept of the place, we were offered complimentary Italian and Mexican Dips.
For our drinks, we ordered a Strawberry Margarita and Mint & Cucumber Mojito. Both the drinks were delicious and refreshing. The mojito was served in a very unusual and unique way. A jar filled with mint and cucumber was topped with cotton candy and the server poured 7Up into the jar to dissolve the cotton candy. As it was a sugar free drink, the cotton candy added an element of sugar to it.
Now moving on to the food, we tried both Italian and Mexican dishes. We started off with the traditional Italian Broccoli & Cheese soup which was creamy and tasty.
As our salad we ordered Insalate Castano which was a spicy and flavorful salad with exotic ingredients like water chestnuts, jalapeños, shallots, beans, radish and cherry tomatoes in a spicy Mexican sauce flavored with hickory smoke.

Desserts
Très Leches: It is a classic Mexican cake. But at Quattro it was served in a deconstructed form and it tasted divine.
Chocolate Ganache Torte: It is Quattro’s signature chocolate cake served with salted caramel ice cream. The Torte was rich and indulgent and made a great combo with the salted caramel ice cream.
We had a wonderful dining experience. The food, the service and the ambience is outstanding. The presentation of the food is excellent, it looks like a beautiful work of art, pleasing to the eyes as well as the taste buds. Their food is so amazing that even a hardcore non vegetarian will find it irresistible.
