Aubaine, the London born French restaurant, Patisserie and boulangerie recently launched it’s afternoon tea. I had the pleasure of trying the afternoon tea and also indulge in their festive treats last week.
Aubaine is a popular London based restaurant that has two outlets in Dubai. I visited their City Walk outlet which is located in the Ground Floor of Level Kids.
The ambience of Aubaine is elegant, sophisticated and classy. The French inspired interiors are gorgeous. A visual treat to the eyes, I was completely charmed by this place. Aubaine has brought the best of both worlds to Dubai, with it’s London roots and French foundation.
Aubaine is a perfect venue for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. And an amazing place to share a meal with family and friends.
Their menu offers a great selection of authentic French dishes and pastries.
Before we started with their afternoon tea, we sampled some of their festive cakes, cookies and pastries. Each and every sweet treat that we tried was good.
The Afternoon Tea at Aubaine is available daily in both their outlets in Dubai, from 3pm to 7pm. It is reasonably priced at AED 120 and can be shared between two people.
Apart from Coffee or Tea for two, bite sized eatables came in a wooden stand with 2 trays-the upper tray consisted of sweets and the lower tray featured savory dishes, as part of their afternoon tea.
- Mini fruit tart
- Mini profiteroles
- Mini macaroon
- Mini madeleine
- Mini financier
The Lower Tray
- Confit duck parcel
- Mini lobster brioche
- Salmon rillette on crostini
- Superfood salad in lettuce cup
Mini Tarte Tropezienne with clotted cream was also served along with Aubaine jam.
The afternoon tea at Aubaine is fantastic, a definite must-try if you ask me. It is available in both their Dubai outlets.
