The dough is made in-store by using high quality and fresh ingredients. So what you get is a homemade waffle that packs a delicious and flavorful punch.
Waffle factory is located on the ground floor of the newly revamped Burjuman Mall, adjacent to Carrefour. Easy to locate the place. It is a cute little restaurant/cafe. Waffle factory is a great place to grab a quick bite or to relax and enjoy a good waffle with family or friends.
Types of waffle
Waffle factory serves 4 types of waffles.
- Lunch waf is a savoury waffle with various kinds of stuffing. I had the Vegetarian one. It was stuffed with sundried tomatoes, olives, tomato sauce, Gouda and Mozarella cheese. It tasted like a pizza, but more tastier.
- Liege waffles are great for breakfast or dessert and they were sweeter than other kind of waffles. They were tiny, rich and stretchy. I had it with dark Belgian chocolate topping. It was quite heavy, nevertheless it tasted sinfully delicious.
- Brussels waffles are lighter and crunchier. You can customize it with toppings of your choice. Our Brussels waffle was fresh and hot out of oven and topped with a scoop of strawberry ice cream. Oh boy, it was like being in a sweet and decadent dream. I loved it.
- Waffine is a thin sweet waffle filled with sweet toppings like chocolate, marzipan, cookies etc.
Apart from a wide range of waffles, the Waffle factory also serves Movenpick ice cream shakes, soft drinks and hot beverages like coffee and tea. I had a Cappuccino and it was perfectly brewed.
Every fortnight they will introduce new variety. They are very reasonable priced and affordable. Overall, I had a great experience, Waffle factory is my go-to place for all my waffle cravings. Definitely recommend Waffle factory to all my friends and family.
