Cha Cha Chai – The place for perfectly Brewed Tea and much more

Cha Cha Chai’s first cafe outlet was opened in 2013. Currently, they have more than nine outlets in Dubai. They have plans of opening more branches. It is a venture of the UAE based building material firm Danube.

Dubai is home to many coffee outlets. When it comes to tea there are many small cafeterias. In comparison to coffee shops, there was a void in the market when it came to dedicated tea outlets. I am so glad that Cha Cha Chai opened, it not only serves tea, it also serves other hot and cold beverages, salads, sandwiches, rolls and snacks. They also serve desserts. They recently upgraded the menu.

I had visited the Cha Cha Chai branch in Sheikh Zayed road  couple of years ago. I had loved their masala chai and tasty samosa.

I visited the Cha Cha Chai branch in Deira. It is located next to Air Arabia office, close to Clock Tower.

Great location in the business hub of Deira. The atmosphere is pleasant. This branch is very spacious. The interiors are simple, but elegant. It has indoor and outdoor seating. It has a friendly and cheerful vibe. They also provide free wifi. Definitely, a kind of place that you want to hangout with your friends and at the same time, it is a good place to go out with family too.

We started off with cold beverages. We were recommended to try the Aam Panna Lemonade. It was refreshing and delicious. My friends and I loved the drink. One of my friend had Mango Lassi and she liked it. They also serve strawberry and lemon lassi.

First to arrive was Omelette with toasted bread. Now I know why their omelette is so popular with everyone. The omelette was fluffy and well made with veggie toppings and right amount of spice.

Next we had the veg club sandwich and Bombay Aloo. The veg club sandwich had a nice mix of vegetables. It was tasty and could be had any time of the day. The Bombay Aloo was ok. All their snacks are served with mint chutney. The chutney is fresh and well made. It is a great accompaniment with the snacks. We liked the mint chutney so much that they had to replenish it again and again.

We tried Chilli Cheese Toast and Spinach ‘n’ Corn Sandwich next. Both of them were a big hit with us. If you are getting kids to Cha Cha Chai I would recommend the Chilli Cheese Toast. They will definitely love it. Spinach ‘n’ Corn Sandwich is a must-try sandwich. It was awesome. I am already craving for it, while I am writing about it.

We also had the Pav Bhaji Sandwich. It was delicious, it tasted just like the Pav Bhaji that is made in Mumbai. I would like to recommend Kheema Sandwich to the non vegetarians. It is one of their specialties.

We had Fruit Salad Sundae as our dessert. It had a layer of fruit salad, vanilla ice cream and strawberry sauce in serving glass. It was not heavy. We relished it.

Now was the time for Cha Cha Chai. All of us had Karak Chai. The Karak chai was brewed perfectly. It was not thick or sugary. It was made with fresh milk, like the way we make it at home. The tea they serve at Cha Cha Chai is very addictive, we really enjoyed it.

Cha Cha Chai also offers amazing, budget friendly combos. I want to specially mention about their Chai in a flask promotion, I really loved the idea. Just for AED 35 you get a flask of tea delivered at your doorstep anywhere in UAE. The flask contains 16 cups of tea, isn’t that awesome!

The service is exemplary, the staff is friendly and helpful. They believe in the motto ‘ Service with a smile.’  The food is tasty and flavourful. The beverages are refreshing. Undoubtedly, the best Chai in town. The pricing is reasonable. It gives value for each and every penny you spend. I highly recommend Cha Cha Chai.

Disclaimer- I was an invited guest at Cha Cha Chai. But my reviews and opinions are honest and unbiased.
