RARE- UAE’s First Gourmet Food Truck Opens in Dubai

RARE Dubai

RARE is the newest homegrown concept and UAE’s first gourmet food truck which opened in Dubai recently. Serving up a Japanese-inspired menu with a touch of South American flair, the menu is crafted by accomplished Colombian Chef Brando Moros, known for his speciality in wood-fire grilling.

This homegrown concept was born out of the shared passion for food among three Emirati friends with the dream to open a food truck serving high-quality food in an informal setting.

RARE is a welcome addition to Dubai’s vibrant food scene and a great option for premium food on the go. RARE promises an exceptional and unforgettable dining experience unlike any other. Our dining experience was truly incredible.

Located under Al Wasl Bridge and opposite Al Safa Park, the visually appealing food truck cannot be missed. You can enjoy the culinary experience from the convenience of your car or at one of their inviting tables. They also deliver through Chatfood.

Their menu features an innovative array of dishes that is quite rare in the food truck or street food scene in this region. We sampled few dishes along with mocktails and enjoyed the elevated dining experience under the stars.

RARE’s signature dishes includes Wagyu Nakkuru, Chocolate Wagyu Fillet, Wagyu Beef Tsukune, Tsukune Yakitori, Veggie Cubano and more….

All the dishes were crafted by using premium ingredients carefully sourced from the best suppliers from around the world. Expect bold flavors, sublime taste and a gourmet food experience that you will not find anywhere in this region.

  1. Dear Meg,

I hope you are well, I’m still so grateful for your review of Veghana.

I have started a new market event, apart for creating a fun and funky activity for a Sunday afternoon, the event, Soul’d Sundays is an attempt to re-define consumerism and also create a platform for small talented designers and UAE brands. For brand like this the options when we are ready to market are boring and expensive.

We have held two of these monthly markets, the third will be on Sunday 27 August. I would love for you to join as my special guest in the hope that you will write a blog about your experience.

Each market has a different interactive aspect and the next event will feature art therapy. I really hope you can join – even if you are not inclined to do a review.

Please let me know, I look forward to hearing from you.

    Kind Regards,

    Nana Mancell
