Last week of July we were invited to preview a new and unique dessert boutique and coffee shop called Lamba. Translated into Arabic, Lamba means light or flame.
Lamba specializes in desserts, sweet dishes and beverages. Their dessert boutique is located inside Karak Gholam in Galleria Mall, Al Wasl Road. It is open from 4pm till midnight.
The interiors of the place is chic and charming with cosy and comfortable seating area. We chose a corner table facing the mall. The service was quick, flawless and helpful.
We had Cheesecake Tower, Misu Milk Cake, Peanut & Cheese Cannoli, Lamba Caramel Toast and Babka Le Lamba. The portion size of the dessert was big and could be easily shared between two people.
All the desserts were utterly delicious with a creative twist. It was difficult to choose a favorite as all of them were distinctly different with exquisite flavors. Babka Le Lamba and Lamba Caramel Toast were outstanding amongst all the desserts we had.
The other two desserts Popping Roachers Candy and Pacari Chocolate Cake also looked good, maybe we will try them next time.
To drink we had their Mango Latte, Vanilla Latte and Half Half. The drinks were super refreshing and perfectly brewed.
We enjoyed our sweet experience at Lamba. The desserts are of premium quality made with fresh ingredients. Every bite was sinful. The drinks complemented the desserts.
Recently they’ve introduced cookies too. You can visit them or order online. Totally recommend this venue for dessert lovers.
