Dubai is home to the best and most authentic Indian restaurants. You can find small Indian eateries to top-end Indian fine dining restaurants to everything in between. And in my 17 years of culinary journey in the city, I have almost tried all the restaurants.
Recently came across Dabang Kathi & Curry an Indian restaurant offering North Indian cuisine. They specialize in Kathi rolls and curries.
Dabang Kathi & Curry has two outlets in Dubai, we ordered from their Dubai Marina branch that is conveniently located in Marina Mall.
Open from morning till late in the night, Dabang Kathi & Curry offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. Their menu features chaats, starters, salads, sides, Kathi rolls, classic curries, breads, biryani, desserts along with hot and cold beverages. Their combo meals are worth ordering.
They offer good options for vegetarians and non vegetarians, being vegetarian I only ordered the veggie dishes and I was satisfied with their veg options.
The dishes I tried from Dabang Kathi & Curry were Onion Fritters, Jeera Aloo Tadka Roll, Soya Masala Curry, Paneer Begum Bahar, Vegetable Biryani and Garlic Naan.
Everything was packed with authentic flavor and tasted absolutely delicious. The simple Jeera Aloo Tadka Roll was heaven in a bite. Loved both the curries and the biryani was utterly delicious. The only downside was that the fritters and curries were oily.
My overall experience with Dabang Kathi & Curry food delivery was great. The food was fresh, flavorful and tasty. The delivery was on time and packaging was good. The pricing is reasonable and the quantity was sufficient.
