I was on one of those healthy eating sprees and decided to check out Q6 Bistro as their menu features many healthy options. If you are looking for an international cuisine restaurant with a French influence, Q6 Bistro is the place for you. And yes they also have a range of healthy food and drinks.
Located in Dubai Media City, Q6 Bistro is a chic and charming urban cafe with inviting vibes. The outdoor dining space offers a good view. As it was very sunny outdoors, we sat inside which is nice and cosy.
They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner. It is a great place for a quick meal as well as a leisurely meal. Their menu offers breakfast specialities, salads, soups, appetizers, poke bowls, sandwiches, burgers, pastas, rotisserie, sides, mains and desserts.
Q6 Bistro’s drink menu offers ample choice for cold and hot beverages. We started off with the super healthy Ginger Shot and Turmeric Shot. Later we also ordered one of their Green Juices- Lift Me Up. It was a concoction made of passion fruit, orange and green apple.
While having our drink, we were offered a complimentary basket of Bread with butter. Next we ordered Kale & Quinoa Salad. It was a nutritious, refreshing and wholesome salad. All their salads come in two sizes, big and small. Even for a small sized salad, the portion was generous.
Absolutely loved the Vegan Rice Roll. It was damn good and went perfectly well with the sweet chili and soy dipping sauces. I ordered Thai Soba Noodles form main course. Topped with veggies the noodles was tossed in homemade lemongrass soy dressing. It was rich with flavor and very delicious.
Dessert was a healthy and delicious affair as I tried a mini platter consisting of small portions of Muesli Parafait, Organic Oatmeal, Chia Bowl and Organic Açaí Bowl.
Ended my lunch with a cup of Cappuccino.
I enjoyed the healthy yet tasty lunch at Q6 Bistro. Next time when I am in that part of town, I’ll visit them again.
