How do you spend your Friday? For me every Friday is a brunch time with my family. Last Friday we took a little road trip and went down to the luxurious desert resort Bab Al Shams on Al Qudra Road for brunch.
The Garden Brunch takes place every Friday at Al Forsan Restaurant in Bab Al Shams resort. Al Forsan is an all-day-dining restaurant offering international buffet. Their buffet features Middle Eastern, Arabic, European and Asian cuisines.
Al Forsan is a spacious restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining area with a view of the garden and desert. It is a beautiful restaurant with Arabesque decor.
The Garden Brunch happens every Friday from 1pm-4pm and has two packages- AED 385 per person for food and soft beverages and AED 575 per person for food and house beverages. AED 192.50 per child between 6-12 years old. One nanny and children below 5 years dine free.
Water and drinks were served to our table. For food we had to visit their buffet stations which were situated indoors as well as outdoors. The buffet spread was massive with a lot of choices for everyone. There was a separate cheese room and a dessert room.
You can expect everything from soups, salads to starters, mains and desserts. There were live cooking counters, a vast selection of organic and healthy options, bbq, a separate buffet for the children and much more. Whether it is seafood, meat or veggies, their buffet has it covered.
While the live band kept the adults entertained, the kids had many exciting games, face painting, bouncy castle, petting zoo, magician, camel and pony rides. The Garden Brunch promises to be a wholesome family brunch that is fun for both adults and children.
