Last week I discovered one of the coolest venues in Dubai. It is the uber chic Moe’s On The 5th, a cosy bistro and a bar located on the 5th Floor of Sheraton Grand Hotel in Sheikh Zayed Road.
As we entered the venue, we felt like we were transported to a retro-era New York jazz bar and lounge. Moe’s is super stylish, sophisticated and chic. It is a small place and their well-stocked bar is located in the center.
I loved the artsy and tastefully done interiors of Moe’s. The lively music and energetic vibes enhances the overall atmosphere of the place.
After making ourselves comfortable at one of their booths in front of the bar, we went through their drinks menu. The drinks menu features signature cocktails, classic cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers and other spirits.
We ordered two of their signature cocktails Moe’s Mood and Happy Ending along with a Classic Martini. All their cocktails were mixed well and tasted amazing.
Moe’s food menu consists of cheese & charcuterie selection, cold & hot appetizers, sides, mains and desserts. The food menu is small, simple and easy to order.
As our first course we ordered Quinoa and Kale Salad and Beetroot Carpaccio and Feta Cheese. Both the dishes were flavorful, light, nutritious and delicious.
For our main course/second course we ordered the rich, creamy and tasty Mushroom Rigatoni and the utterly delicious Veggie Risotto.
Our final course was the dessert and we had Bed of Tiramisu and Chocolate Crème Brûlée. The presentation, flavor and taste of the desserts were exquisite.
Our overall experience at Moe’s On The 5th was great. It is a fab place to hangout with friends and also a good venue for date night.
