I wanted to grab a quick and frills-free dinner as I had plans of going to a theatre to watch a movie. Decided on Pablo De Cafe on Sheikh Zayed Road as it was on the way to the theatre.
Opened just two months ago, Pablo De Cafe is a tiny little cafe that serves fast food. It has a seating capacity of 12 people. This quaint and minimalistic cafe has cheerful and friendly atmosphere. It is a good spot for a quick bite and also for grab-something-on-the-go meal.
Pablo De Cafe has a super cool motto and the uniforms of their staff and the menu carried this lovely message:
Guilty of serving happiness!
Their menu offers breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks and beverages. It has a mix of Arabic, Continental, Chinese and Indian cuisine. For vegetarians like me, there is not much of a choice.

Before I go on about what I ate, I would have to say that the service was very slow. Even the drinks came very late. To quench our thirst we ordered Coconut Water and Lotus Milkshake. The milkshake was good and my little girl liked it.
Next we had Fries with Jalapeño & Cheese. It was comfort in a plate, simple and tasty. The Vegetable Burger was good, it came with a generous portion of fries. I only wish they had not added mayonnaise on top of the fries and had given it in the side instead. I am not a big fan of mayonnaise.

We liked the fact that though there was no vegetarian Quesadilla in their menu, they made us a vegetarian quesadilla upon request. It was delicious.
They don’t serve desserts yet, but we were already full as their portion size was big. The pricing is pocket-friendly and very reasonable. My one request to them is to add few more vegetarian options and apart from the slow service everything was ok.
