Recently, I revisited Yalumba for their new Friday brunch-Brunchology. Having already visited them for their amazing theme nights, I was looking forward to their Friday brunch. It was one of the most fun filled brunches I ever attended in Dubai.

Brunchology (science of brunching)
Fusing together the Friday atoms, tinkering with the usual brunch molecules…we have mastered the science of brunching! Some call us mad, we prefer…eccentric! We are the mad Yalumba brunch scientists, creating a monster of a brunch for your Fridays. Prepare yourselves for an intrepid formula of spectacular food, bubbling bevvies and wacky games.
Of course, they’ve mastered the science of brunching at its finest and best. There’s no doubt about it.
What can you expect from Brunchology?
A spectrum of international dishes, a sumptuous buffet spread, free-flow of house beverages, games, prizes to be won throughout the day and music from DJ Kennedy.
My experience
When hubs and I arrived at Yalumba, the whole place was transformed into a lively party place with peppy music and lively vibe. After being seated, we were handed a set menu to choose from. We only chose a starter and a main course as we wanted to delve into their spectacular buffet spread.
The outdoor garden space in Yalumba enhanced our brunch experience. This garden space offered fun games, a giant wheel of fortune and a wide range of food and drink counters.
The outdoor space offered a variety of cocktail stations, hops bar, salad stations, meat carving counters and live cooking stations.
Inside the venue housed a vast and decadent buffet spread from fresh breads, cheese, cold cuts to BBQ, seafood, pork and dim sum, sushi and pasta. They had most of the popular global cuisines. We were spoilt for choice.
We also got to experience some creative drinks from their bar as well as little fruit jars infused with alcohol.
Our favorite was the dessert station. They had an impressive selection of cakes, pastries, puddings, ice creams, fruit salads, cold and hot desserts.
We had a great time dancing away to music of 80’s and 90’s by DJ Kennedy. What a wonderful brunch it was! Loved the food, the drinks, relaxed atmosphere, fantastic music and chill vibes. Brunchology at Yalumba is one of the must-visit Friday brunches in Dubai.
