Healthy food is never out of fashion. In pursuit of healthy food, especially salads, recently I came across this salad concept called Richy’s. They have two outlets, one in Barsha and the second one in JLT. Recently, I ordered my lunch from their JLT outlet.

That’s their story, now hear about my story. After a weekend of unhealthy binging, I wanted to start my week on a healthy note and decided to order food from Richy’s. So I took my phone and dialed their JLT number and ordered for my entire family.
As Richy’s is a salad concept they have a great selection of salads. They have their own signature salads as well as classic salads. They also have an option of creating your own salad.
I ordered Bold Beetroot Salad from their signature salads and Fattoush Medley from their classic salads. Both the salads were super fresh, crunchy and delicious. The portion size was huge. Loved the dressing too.
Their menu not only offers salads, it also has other dishes too. From their organic soups section, we ordered Mixed Lentil Soup and Tomato Soup. Both the soups were hearty, fragrant and oh-so-delicious.
Their menu offers 4 types of wraps. Being a vegetarian, I ordered the Veggie Wrap. It was a Tortilla wrap stuffed with baby spinach, avocado, cilantro, grilled zucchini, peppers, onion, feta and avocado mousse. Not only was it healthy, it was delicious too.
They serve really good fresh juices, cold pressed juices and smoothies. I am a big fan of cold pressed juices and hence ordered Mean & Green( a refreshing mix of kale, apple and coconut water) and Orange Galore( blend of peach, orange, carrot and hibiscus tea) from their cold pressed juices section.
Richy’s also has a small dessert selection. I ordered a Cheesecake topped with strawberry slices and strawberry compote. It was smooth, rich and creamy.
The portion size was huge. All the dishes that we tried were fresh, flavorful and delicious. If you are looking for a healthy food option, then I can certainly recommend Richy’s.
