Just when I thought I have tried all kinds of brunch in Dubai, I hear about a fun American themed Friday brunch by the name of –Little Suzie’s Diner Brunch. It happens every Friday at Medley International Restaurant at Hotel Pullman Dubai in Deira.
What to expect?
A typical American fare with a great retro vibe, with atmosphere that is lively, friendly and energetic. Expect awesome American music from Elvis Presley, Jimmy Hendrix to Ray Charles, Billy Holiday, Aretha Franklin, Bee Gees and the Beach Boys in the background, waitresses on rollerblades and all the classic American food and drinks.
Little Suzie’s Diner Brunch is a perfect brunch for families and friends. It is one of the most fun brunches that I’ve visited in a long time. Even the kids had a gala time there.
This bountiful brunch offers a good selection of salads, cheeses, breads, appetizers, mains and desserts. It is a meat lovers delight, limited options for vegetarians.
We loved the super rich and energizing American milkshakes. We tried few of them and I must say they know how to whip up a mean milkshake.
The salads, soups, breads, cold cuts and cheese were fresh and tasty. The appetizers and mains had all possible American comfort food like mouthwatering fries, potato wedges, jalapeño poppers, nachos, wings and rings, juiciest burgers, hotdogs and wraps, grills, BBQ, roasts , mac ‘n’ cheese, pasta and more.
The desserts were the stars of the brunch, they had all varieties of American diner sweet treats that you can think of. We tried some of their pies, puddings, pastries, cakes, cupcakes and ice creams. They were lip smackingly delicious.
After the desserts, we had a strong cup of coffee and tried our luck at their Spin & Win wheel. Don’t forget to try the spin & win wheel, if you ever visit them for this brunch as you stand a chance to walk away with great prizes.
