Hilton Garden Inn is one of the new hotels in Dubai, it is located very close to Mall of the Emirates. At the Lobby Level of the hotel is the casual dining restaurant, The Garden Grille. It offers international cuisine.
The Garden Grille is a green themed restaurant. It is a spacious, well-lit restaurant filled with greenery which is soothing to the eyes. It has a vibe of a contemporary urban cafe. Earthy colors, cosy setting and relaxed atmosphere makes it a great venue to catch up with friends over a meal.
Their food menu is not elaborate, which makes it easy to order. But when it comes to drinks menu, they have an ample choice for both hot and cold beverages. We ordered a glass of Red Wine.
We were served a complimentary basket of Freshly baked bread with butter.
Starters
The thick well seasoned Steak Fries were soft and creamy in the middle and crispy on the outside.
The Caprese salad was fresh and tasty with a hint of balsamic cream.
Main course
The rich and creamy Mushroom Risotto was loaded with wild mushrooms and topped with goat cheese crumble.
Curry selection(Good for two) All curry items are served with Paratha, Biryani rice, Vegetable salad, Raita, Pickle, Mango chutney and Poppadum. We ordered the Vegetable curry. The curry was well cooked and had balanced flavor. And all the other dishes served with the curry was good too. The portion size was big.
Dessert
We ended our dinner with Warm Mocha Chocolate Cake and Ice Cream. I didn’t like the combination of chocolate cake inside a warm mocha mixture.
Overall, we had a wonderful dining experience. We liked the fact that everything was freshly cooked in their kitchen. And upon our request, they also served vegetarian food that was not in their menu.
Good food and service, reasonably priced menu and earthy and green decor makes the Garden Grille a perfect place to visit for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
