My first staycation of this year was at Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay, a newly opened property in Dubai.
Located a short ride(18 minutes) from Dubai International Airport, the hotel is in the heart of Dubai’s business and leisure districts, and is close to Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Dubai Canal.
The hotel offers 275 modern guest rooms and suites, with 55-inch smart TVs and comfortable beds, as well as state-of-the-art meeting and event spaces that can cater up to 120 guests.
Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay is the UAE’s first Holiday Inn with an open lobby concept. Our check-in and check-out was easy and swift. We stayed in the 1 Bedroom Suite with Burj Khalifa view.
The accommodation at Holiday Inn offers Burj Khalifa, Marasi Drive and Business Bay views. The hotel provides 24 hours front desk, a business centre, car park and free WiFi.
The property houses various recreational facilities, including 24 hour fitness centre, an outdoor swimming pool, a yoga room and spa. Dining options include Brasserie on One, La Plancha Terraza Mexicana and Crumbs, 24/7 cafe.
Our Suite
Our 1-bedroom suite was located on the highest floor and it was very spacious with a huge living room, dining area, bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The Burj Khalifa and Business Bay views from our suite was amazing.

Bathroom
There were 2 bathrooms, the master bathroom had a separate stand-up shower, sink with mirror on the wall, bathtub and a toilet. The second bathroom had a sink and a toilet. The bathrooms had essential toiletries like shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, toothpaste and hair dryer.
Our Stay Experience
We had a great stay, loved our chic, contemporary and cosy suite. Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler or staying with family, Holiday Inn Dubai Business Bay is an ideal place to stay.
I especially enjoyed the food at their all-day dining restaurant Brasserie on one, while the hubby loved the gym and swimming pool.
Overall we had a wonderful staycation. The hotel, the location, the suite and the hospitality was good. The property is affordable, modern, centrally located and family friendly.
