2022 has been a great year for restaurant scene in Dubai. Many new restaurants, cafes and bars has been opened this year. I had the pleasure of visiting and experiencing many new restaurants in town. Below is the list of ten new restaurants that I enjoyed dining and would love to recommend.
1 Tabu Dubai at St. Regis Hotel Downtown Dubai
Tabu is a high-end restaurant and lounge serving authentic yet modern Japanese cuisine. It takes immersive dining experience to the next level. Expect delicious and skillfully plated dishes, refreshing drinks, lively vibe and great live performances.

Wazuzhu is a Pan-Asian restaurant and lounge situated in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, Palm Jumeirah. The venue is regal and their menu is innovative. Wazuzhu is a place to impress your guests. Their service is impeccable.

6 Locanda Da Vinci at Metropolitan Hotel Dubai
Locanda Da Vinci is a newly opened Italian restaurant located in the mezzanine floor of Metropolitan Hotel. Locanda Da Vinci is inspired by Leonardo Da Vinci and serves the dishes Leonardo used to eat. Expect simple and delectable Italian dishes in an elegant atmosphere complemented by attentive service.

8 Monno Italian Restaurant
Located in Jumeirah, Monno Ristorante has the authentic Italian trattoria vibes. Expect artisanal wholesome Italian food made with fresh and natural ingredients. They’ve an interesting menu with good options. All the dishes are beautifully crafted by Chef Federcio and team. The amazing food is complemented by creative non alcoholic beverages.
