Friday brunch on my mind every Friday and this Friday we were at Salero Tapas & Bodega the popular Spanish spot located in the Ground Floor of Kempinski MOE Dubai to try their Friday Fiesta Brunch.
We love Spanish food and we’ve been planning to visit Salero from a very long time and I’m glad that we finally did and loved our experience and already made plans to visit them.
Salero is one of the most stunning venues in Dubai. It is spacious, vibrant and has a lively vibe. The bodega-style venue will transport you to Spain. We traveled to Spain through food via Salero.
Every Friday from 1pm-4pm they offer Friday Fiesta Brunch and it is a set menu brunch where everything is served to the table. During the brunch hours a la carte menu is not available.
The Fiesta Brunch has 3 packages and you can choose whatever suits you. Everything on the set menu is served along with drinks. The live music/guitar enhanced our brunch experience.
As we had chosen the unlimited house beverages package our wine/beer glasses were always replenished. Coming to the food, there was a selection of cold and hot Tapas, Pierna de Cordero, Paella and desserts.
We were offered freshly toasted Bread with dips to begin. Next the cold and hot tapas kept coming. The tapas were an absolute delight. Paella was authentic, flavorful and oh-so-delicious. The taste and texture of the paella reminded us of the paella that we had on our holiday in Spain.
We relished both the desserts- Crema Catalana and Chocolate Con Churros. The drinks and the food was amazing. Salero’s Friday Fiesta Brunch took us on a Spanish culinary tour.
The good food and drinks were complemented by flawless service. Salero’s Friday Fiesta Brunch is worth trying!
