New Salad Delivery Concept- Salad Crave

Salad Crave

Do you ever crave for salads? I do, but mostly when I have indulged in super rich food or junk food and I want to go healthy and light that’s when I start craving. My meal everyday always has a salad as an appetizer. And as a vegetarian, I cannot do without salads.

There is a new salad delivery-only concept in town that is located in Discovery Gardens, Dubai. The name of this concept is Salad Crave. I recently ordered from them.

Their menu consists of different kinds of salads, potato wedges, smoothies and soft drinks. In salads they’ve cold salads as well as charcoal grill warm boxes.

I ordered two of their cold salads as they didn’t have a vegetarian option in charcoal grill warm box. Actually they have limited vegetarian options which is quite surprising for a salad concept.

The Tabbouleh Bulgur Wheat Salad and Persian Salad were both good. Both the salads packed a healthy and nutritious punch.

My favorite was the flavorsome Tabbouleh bulgur wheat salad and it consisted of bulgur, feta cheese, chopped parsley, fresh green mint leaves, finely diced tomatoes and chopped onions on a bed of lettuce that was garnished with roasted peanuts and chickpeas. There was lemon dressing in the side.

We enjoyed the salads from Salad Crave. The portion size was big, the packaging and presentation was great. The delivery was on time and it was worth the money.
