Dubai has some of the best Indian restaurants outside of India, whether it is a fine dining venue or a mid-range restaurant or a hole-in-the-wall eatery, we are spoilt for choice. But there are only a few Indian restaurants that are really outstanding and one such restaurant is Little Miss India.
Located in the luxurious family friendly resort, Fairmont The Palm, Little Miss India has a quirky, colorful and kitschy decor. Their outdoor terrace offers a stunning view.
The restaurant is open Sunday to Saturday, with dinner reservations available between 6:00pm to 12:00am on weekdays and lunch and dinner reservations from 1:00pm to 12:00am on weekends.
Little India has a great drinks menu with creatively crafted cocktails, mocktails, wines, beers and other spirits. Their food menu features soups, starters, kebabs, curries, biryani, breads from the tandoor and desserts.
Currently they’ve a biryani celebration-‘Jashn-e-Biryani’ going on till 3rd of October and their famous Chef Arif has added four more exciting biryani dishes to the existing four of the menu for a limited time.

We started off with their innovative and refreshing drinks. The taste and presentation of the drinks was outstanding. While we were waiting for our starters to arrive, they offered us a range of chutneys and poppadums.
Whether you’re a meat eater, seafood lover or a vegetarian/vegan you won’t be disappointed as their menu has good options for everyone. Being vegetarians we were satisfied with their veg options.

The Vegetarian Kebab Platter had three different kinds of kebabs like Tandoori Aloo, Tandoori Achari Broccoli and Paneer Tikka. Each one of them were deliciously different and oh-so-amazing.
For our main course we ordered Achari Baingan, Dal Makhani, Indian Breads from the Tandoor and Vegetable and Soya Potli Biryani from the Jashn-e-Biryani menu.
Both the curries and the freshly made Indian breads from the tandoor/clay oven was excellent.
The highlight of our dinner was the special Vegetable and Soya Potli Biryani. Potli means bag in Hindi and this biryani’s ingredients were sealed and baked in the oven in a bread bowl, locking in all of the beautiful flavors and aromas. It was one of the most unique and delicious biryani we ever had.

Ended our dinner with two of their scrumptious desserts Phirnee Brûlée and Mango Kulfi with a pot of freshly brewed Masala Chai.
Our culinary experience at Little Miss India was fabulous. Absolutely loved the food, the drinks, the atmosphere and the service.
