After a break due to pandemic, brunch season is back in Dubai. We started our second brunch of this month on last Saturday at West 14th Steakhouse located in Dukes The Palm, a Royal Hideaway Hotel.
I have dined in couple of restaurants in the hotel before, but visited West 14th for the first time. We had to walk quite a distance in the hot sun to reach the venue, wish they had buggy facilities. Apart from that everything was great.

West 14th has a Friday brunch every Friday, we were invited to experience the Spanish Extravaganza Brunch sponsored by LaLiga on Saturday the 12th September. It was an epicurean feast with a one-off menu from Spain’s most acclaimed Michelin starred chefs and global paella master chef.
It was a fun Spanish fiesta. The massive venue looked festive and lively. There was live Spanish music and outdoor dining area had a live barbecue grill and paella station. Also there was a truck that was turned into Estrella beer bar.
The brunch had alcohol and non alcohol package. The drinks, the starters, the mains and the desserts were served at the table. Plus we could visit the live station and pick up whatever we fancied.
The food and drinks were amazing, the atmosphere was energetic and buzzing. Though the place was busy, the service was on point. We had a relaxed and fantastic time.
