Last year when Amsterdam’s top burger spot The Butcher opened in Dubai, it created a lot of buzz. And it was on my must-visit list from quite sometime and finally I visited them yesterday.
Conveniently located in Dubai Marina on the picturesque Marina Walk promenade, The Butcher is a gourmet burger joint from Amsterdam, Holland. It also has outlets in Berlin and Ibiza.
The restaurant is small and cosy with al fresco dining area that offers the magnificent view of the marina. Their menu offers a range of burgers, sides, sauces, milkshakes, hot and cold beverages.
For vegetarians like me they’ve an option of veggie burger and also you can request a vegetarian version of ‘The Morning Glory’.
We started off with a chilled Lemonaid to drink and Quinoa, Avocado & Feta Salad. The salad was super refreshing and tasty.
As for the burgers we had The Veggie Delight and The Morning Glory. The Veggie Delight pattie was made with chickpeas and fresh herbs and tasted utterly delicious and succulent. On our request they made The Morning Glory without bacon and it is good to have for breakfast.
We also ordered Butcher Fries, Sweet Potato Fries, The Butcher Sauce and Truffle Mayo. Both the fries and the sauces were amazing. Their signature butcher sauce is so popular and flavorsome that they even retail it in the restaurant.
Ended our meal with their indulgent and scrumptious Peanut Butter Milkshake and Chocolate Brownie Milkshake.
Our dining experience at The Butcher was fabulous. The burgers, the fries, the salad and the milkshakes were excellent. The service was on point and we loved the inviting vibe of the venue.
