After more than two months, we finally stepped outside for eating out and we couldn’t have chosen a better place than the newly opened Blaze Pizza.
USA based pizzeria, Blaze Pizza opened their first Dubai location recently in The Dubai Mall on the Second Floor above the Ice Rink. Blaze Pizza is a fast-casual artisanal pizza concept.
They are known for their build-your-own artisanal pizza, dough knots, freshly prepared salads and their signature blood orange lemonade. I loved the fact that we could customize any of their pizzas including their signature ones.
The venue is spacious and bright with ample seating area. Their whole dining area, restaurant and kitchen is sanitized and is spotlessly clean.
After being seated we ordered Classic Lemonade and Blood Orange Lemonade to drink. Both the drinks were super refreshing and went well with the food.
To begin our meal we ordered a small portion of the Simple Salad and as the name suggests it was a simple and basic salad. Next we had the garlic pesto and mozzarella cheese filled Dough Knots served with marinara sauce in the side. It was absolutely delicious and definitely not to be missed if you dine in or order from Blaze Pizza.
Being vegetarians we were happy with their veggie options. We loved both the pizzas that we ordered- Red Vine and Veg Out. The base and the toppings of their thin crust pizzas were perfect. Every bite packed a delicious and flavorful punch.
Ended our meal with two of their divine desserts- S’more Pie and Brownie.
Our Blaze Pizza experience was fabulous. The venue, the food, the atmosphere, the service and the staff were incredible. It is a great new addition to the pizzeria scene in Dubai. Blaze Pizza comes totally recommended to all pizza lovers!
