This summer there is a cool new venue called FEL Restaurant that has opened in Duja Tower on Trade Centre Road in Dubai. Couple of days ago, we visited them for lunch and came back impressed.
I was intrigued with the quirky name FEL and the owner told me it stands for ‘Food, Earth, Love. FEL is an all-day dining concept specializing in California Cuisine. You can expect traditional American dishes with Mexican, Peruvian, Japanese and Italian influences to create a perfect Californian fusion.
The all-white decor of FEL is modern and minimalistic with uber chill vibes. Their menu is small and simple. The good news is they’ve an all-day breakfast. Everything is made in-house using fresh and mostly organic ingredients. FEL is a great option for health-conscious foodies and they’re vegan and vegetarian friendly.

We started with Ice Tea LA Style and Watermelon Agua Fresca to drink. The Ice Tea was too sour but the Watermelon Agua Fresca was super refreshing.
Some of the dishes we ordered were:

Malibu Tomato Salad was a basic, light and simple salad. The whipped feta and raspberry vinaigrette enhanced the flavor of this salad.
Black Bean Tostada was extremely delicious and oh-so-addictive. It was my little girl’s favorite.

Corn Fritters O. C. Style from their all-day breakfast menu was my favorite. It was served with chunky avocado salsa. A must-try if you visit FEL.
Whether you’re a meat-eater or a vegetarian or a vegan, you’ll love their Impossible Vegan Burger. It was a juicy burger packed with exquisite flavors.
We ended our lunch with their scrumptious Homemade Cookies.
Overall, we had a good experience at FEL. The food, the service and the atmosphere was fab. I wouldn’t hesitate to visit them again.
