It was one of those lazy afternoons where I wanted to relax and order food from outside. But I wanted to try something different. And decided to order from the newly opened restaurant in Dubai with an interesting concept called Puffizza located in Karama.
This one of a kind concept comes to the UAE market from India. After three successful outlets in India, this is Puffizza’s first international foray.
As the name suggests; Puffizza = puff+pizza. The uniqueness of this place is that it serves pizzas made with puff base. You can expect the puff touch in all their items.
Their menu includes breads, regular pizzas, puffizza and cold beverages. Both the vegetarians and non vegetarians have good options. Being a vegetarian, I ordered only the veggie selection in their menu. The delivery was on time and packaging was perfect.
We ordered three dishes:
Cheesy Puffy Garlic Bread was super tasty, spicy and oh-so-addictive. It had puff bread with garlic paste, green chili, cheese, oregano and chili flakes.
Peri Peri Paneer Pizza was a regular crust pizza with a combo of pizza sauce, harissa mayo, basil, cheese, tomato, peri peri paneer and black pepper. The peri peri paneer pizza was on the heavier side, nevertheless it tasted great.
American Touch Puffizza was a puff based pizza with a medley of veggies, pizza sauce, cheese, olives and oregano. Though it was oily, it was fabulous.
