Saturday being a weekend is a relaxed day and we always go out for a late breakfast. This Saturday we were at JBR and scouting for a good place for breakfast and came across this new place called Mighty Quinn’s.
Located on The Walk near Sofitel Hotel and right next to Paul’s, Mighty Quinn’s is a US barbecue chain which started out in New York and has several outlets in the US. It also has outlets in Taiwan and Philippines, their JBR venture is the first one in Middle East and very soon they will be opening their second outlet in the Dubai Mall.
Mighty Quinn’s offers unique flavors as the meat is smoked in their in-house smoker with wood for several hours and that gives it a rich smoky flavor.
Hear what the team Mighty Quinn’s have to say about their concept:
America’s favorite barbecue hot spot brings its appetite for spiced, wood-smoked meats to the city. Combining traditional BBQ techniques with fresh ingredients and a selection of succulent cuts, the city’s newest eatery prepares signature dishes in a conventional in-house smoker for that rich BBQ flavor.
With a menu highlighted by a unique selection of barbecue staples, experience the most mouth watering specials for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The atmosphere of Mighty Quinn’s is amazing. The restaurant has an industrial inspired decor which looks cool and chilled out. As the weather is wonderful right now in Dubai, we sat outside to eat. They have a lovely seating area outside.
Everyday they serve breakfast from 9am to 12pm. We started off with a glass of freshly made Watermelon Juice and later moved on to Cappuccino. Their drinks menu offers fresh juices, smoothies, shakes, soft drinks, hot beverages like coffee and tea.
While ordering the breakfast, I also ordered their Corn Fritters which is not there in their breakfast menu. It was utterly delicious and addictive, I could finish the whole thing off in just one sitting.
From their breakfast menu we ordered Hershey’s Pancakes, Blueberry & Banana Pancakes and MQ Bacon & Avocado Benedict.
Both the Pancakes were light, fluffy and oh-so-delicious, we loved them. The MQ Bacon & Avocado Benedict that had toasted bread with egg Benedict topped with creamy hollandaise sauce with a side of freshly sliced avocado was healthy, hearty and tasty.
We gave in to our sweet cravings and ordered two of their desserts- Bread and Butter Pudding S’mores and Apple Crumble. Both the desserts were super indulgent and lip smackingly delicious.
We enjoyed our breakfast at Mighty Quinn’s. The Food, the drinks, the service, the staff and the atmosphere is fantastic. Definitely going back for lunch or dinner.
