Dinner at Table 9- Hilton Dubai Creek

Table 9 restaurant at Hilton Dubai Creek
Recently I revisited Table 9 after exactly a year. I remember visiting this restaurant for an event called ‘Taste of Europe’. And I had enjoyed the 5-course-dinner inspired by the European countries at the special event hosted by Table 9.

This time I tried their new ‘a la carte’ menu which offers amazing and healthy options. They also have a new chef who is young, talented and creative. I loved the fact that their menu offers something for everyone, even for vegetarians, vegans and a gluten intolerant people.

Table 9 was founded in 2011 by Gordon Ramsay’s protégés, Nick Alvis and Scott Price and later the restaurant was helmed by Darren Velvick. Table 9 has won many awards.

This is what team Table 9 has to say about their concept:

Table 9 is a unique concept restaurant in Dubai that has become a platform for talented chefs to create their own bespoke dining experience. Table 9 has earned a reputation for high quality, original menus and personalized dining experience.

This modern version of a casual chic bistro welcomes you to an extraordinary experience whether for dinner with family and friends, a special occasion or a famous Dubai brunch.

Fine dining restaurants in Deira
Located in the Restaurant Level of Hilton Dubai Creek, Table 9 is an European restaurant with tastefully done interiors. It has contemporary and elegant decor.

We started our dining experience with a glass of Organic Red Wine. Loved their wine cellar that had a wide range of wine selection. Their beverage menu is impressive too.

Lemon olive butter
While we were browsing through their food menu, we were offered complimentary basket of freshly baked Bread with different kinds of butter like Lemon Olive Butter and Spicy Butter. Both the bread and butter were made in-house.

Here’s what we ordered:

Burrata Salad
Soup

Artichoke Soup came highly recommended by their chef and we decided to order it. The hearty and comforting Artichoke soup had grilled pieces of artichoke. Normally I am never able to finish a full portion of soup, but I polished off the whole bowl in 5 minutes.

Starters/Salads

Burrata Salad was presented in a very interesting and unique way. This utterly delicious salad had organic quinoa, celery stick and dried tomatoes.

I am not a fan of spinach salad but their Baby Spinach Salad changed that. It was a refreshing and tasty salad with organic baby spinach, dried miso, dried shiitake mushroom, crispy leeks and olive oil.

Vegetable Risotto
Mains

We ordered Zucchini Sticks as our side dish with our main course. It had baked yellow and green zucchini sticks topped with Parmesan cheese. As we love zucchini sticks fried, we didn’t find their zucchini sticks appetizing.

Vegetable Risotto was absolutely delicious and it had a silky and creamy texture.

Grains And Greens was another dish that stood out. With caramelized pumpkin, broccoli, green beans, green lentils, couscous, cashew nuts, lemon and olive oil- it made a healthy, flavorful and scrumptious dish.

Dessert

White chocolate Parfait

White Chocolate Parfait was served with raspberry purée and milk foam. This dessert was light and not too sweet. I was surprised to see my friend who is not a dessert lover, polish this off. She said it was fantastic.

Tiramisu And Macaroons was incredibly good. It had dark chocolate shell stuffed with coffee mousse, macaroons and fresh berries. I relished this rich and indulgent dessert.

What a fabulous dining experience it was! The food, the presentation, the service and the ambience was outstanding. We really enjoyed our dinner at Table 9.
