Love the healthy food cafes that has sprung up in last couple of years in Dubai. Yesterday I was invited to the launch of summer menu- Taste of Summer at Eat Well restaurant. I had not heard of this restaurant until I got an email invite from them.
I try and eat healthy food as much as possible, at home as well as outside. And I was quite thrilled to visit Eat Well restaurant and find out, what they had to offer.
Eat Well is located in Dubai Herbal & Treatment Centre in Oud Metha Road. It serves healthy, nutritious and tasty food, that is gluten free and sugar free. They also offer Paléo, vegetarian and vegan options.

The restaurant has a vibe of an urban cafe. It has modern interiors and relaxing atmosphere. Its a place where you can soak up the amazing Downtown Dubai views.
My absolute favorite was their Quinoa Crunch salad that had a mix of quinoa, edamame, raw green beans, avocado, arugula, baby gem, raw almonds and chia with citrus dressing.
From their mains, I got to try Courghetti. It was courgette and basil cooked in organic tomato sauce. Relished this low carb version of spaghetti.
Coming to my favorite part which is the dessert, there was a good selection of guilt free treats. Some of the desserts that I liked were the Chocolate bar, Raw Chocolate Brownie, Oops I dropped the Pavlova, Matcha Cheesecake with no cheese and Summer Berry Tart.
All the desserts had natural sugar in the form of fruits, berries, dates etc. For the creamy texture and richness, nuts like almonds, cashews and coconut cream were added. I was extremely delighted to enjoy the desserts guilt free.
