The Unique Logma Experience

I was invited to Logma as a guest, but my review is unbiased and straight from the heart. Logma is located at the coolest lifestyle destination in Dubai, that is the BoxPark in Jumeriah on Al Wasl Road. It is not difficult to find the location.
Logma specializes in Khaleeji Cuisine. That is the cuisine of Eastern Arabia, associated with the Gulf Arab countries or GCC. It is an innovative representation of traditional Emirati cuisine with a Modern twist.

Logma is a generous invitation to bite into the UAE’s delicious culinary treasures in an authentic and unique atmosphere that reflects Dubai’s flair for combining the traditional with the contemporary.
The concept of Logma was born, out of the desire to share with the world, the rich and delicious Khaleeji and Emirati cuisine.

Logma is one of the new restaurants in Dubai. It opened 5 months ago. But it is fast gaining popularity. When I visited them yesterday, it was already full and buzzing with people. HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum has also visited Logma, with such high credentials, I was totally intrigued by Logma and couldn’t wait to visit it.

As soon as we entered Logma, we were greeted at the door in Arabic with staff wearing the Keffiyeh. I was assured immediately that I was going to have an authentic and friendly experience. We were attended to immediately and given a table.

Logma is quite spacious, it is a medium sized restaurant. It has both indoor and outdoor seating area. It is bright and well lit restaurant. The interiors of Logma are Emirati inspired and done very tastefully. The logo of the restaurant is the Camel, and it has been blended everywhere nicely. The ambience is simple, classy, vibrant, bright and traditional with a contemporary touch. It is like simplicity married to elegance. I loved the lanterns, cutlery, seatings and placemats. It shows that lot of care and thought has been taken into account to set up this place.

We started off with our drinks, which happens to be Logma’s signature mocktails. Hubby had the mocktail called Atlantis and myself had this drink called Passion of Arabia. It was freshly made and very tasty. We also tried their Karak Tea. I must say they know the art of making perfect Karak Tea. I highly recommend their Karak Tea. I am sure tea lovers would love it. Logma’s beverage menu consists of cold and hot beverages. They offer a good variety of beverages.

I am a vegetarian and I was a bit apprehensive when I got the invite, questioning myself, will they  have good choice for the vegetarians? All my questions were put to rest. They certainly have  decent options for vegetarians. I would love to request them for a veg option for rice. That was the only thing that I missed having. We had  Logma fries and Samboosa cheese as our starters.  We loved both the starters. The cheese Samboosa made with cream cheese and spiced Oman chips is awesome and a must try when you visit Logma. We had 2 kinds of salad ,the first one was the quinoa salad made with quinoa, mixed baby greens, basil, mint, parsley,Rocco, coriander leaves, dates and pistachio with lemon herb dressing. It was amazing. The second salad, pomegranate Mozzarella was also equally good.

We opted for the khameer sandwiches for our main course. Hubby had the mozzarella sandwich and I had the grilled cheese. The Mozzarella sandwich was very good. I  found the grilled cheese sandwich too heavy, should have opted  for  halloumi  instead. We were offered two kinds of dessert, Lugaimat, the traditional fried dumplings with date syrup and Chebab Katayef, the Chebab pancake filled with date paste, mascarpone, saffron cardamom syrup and vanilla ice cream. It was heavenly, delicious to the core, writing about it makes me slurp. We were also served Saudi coffee with dates in the end. We loved it too.

We had a great dining experience. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The ambience is beautiful and amazing. The food is fresh, tasty and delicious. The location is awesome. I would love to recommend Logma to everyone. We truly had an unique experience at Logma. It is a kind of place you can go anytime, whether it is for breakfast, lunch or dinner or for just a cup of tea or coffee. I am sure I will go back soon.
